Can't recommend highly enough for a transient stop
Convenient location, affordable price, with free wi-fi making it easy to stay connected while I enjoyed the nearby shopping stores in Ginza and the short 10-minute walk to the subway station, Shimbashi.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The spacious rooms were a delight, decorated with a modern touch, making it easy to navigate even for older guests like me. The on-site spa truly felt like a personal retreat, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
More breakfast variety would enhance the experience.

missingWrote a review on Sept 17spacious layoutfantastic locationpoor cleanliness
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to dining and shopping options. The Queen Room boasts a spacious layout, providing a comfortable setting for relaxation.
However, the check-in and check-out times are overly strict, with hefty charges for any extra hours. The Wi-Fi is nearly useless for work—frequent signal drops and security warnings plagued my attempts to stay connected. The cleanliness fell short of expectations, with stained carpets and a dusty air conditioning unit. Additionally, there isn't enough counter space in the bathroom for toiletries, which could be troublesome for two people needing to get ready.

The food scene around Granbell is killer—Umegaoka Sushino Midori Ginza is just a stone's throw, and Yakiniku Aburiya Musashi rocks for meat lovers. Plus, the staff were super friendly, making my stay memorable!
The check-in took a whopping hour, and we had to visit the lobby seven times because our keys kept failing. Not to mention, we found an unexpected sock hanging out in our room.

Great Location with Unique Vibes!
We loved the vibrant atmosphere surrounding our stay! Enjoyed the elegantly designed room and the central location that facilitated easy exploration. Pro tip, Try to time your elevator trips when the rooftop bar is less crowded. Wish the staff had English skills, but our experience was very enjoyable overall.

It was just a great match for a weekend break in Tokyo with fantastic value for money. The pillows were quite comfortable, making my sleep enjoyable. Avoid the laundry service as it's shockingly expensive.
